These delish Pumpkin Pancakes are so easy!
The kids loved them, try them and see if they're a hit
in your house, too...
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 eggs
Maple Pecan Syrup
1 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
1. To make Maple Pecan Syrup heat syrup and margarine until margarine is melted, remove from heat, add pecans and stir...keep warm.
2. Stir pancake ingredients until well blended.
3. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot, greased griddle, and cook until edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden brown, serve with syrup.
