the chef uses omelet rather than fish,
so don't be afraid to try this at home

You are braver than me. I have only just got into the idea of eating seaweed let alone making my own sushi.
A friend bought me a kit complete with the rolling mat and everything! She also taught me that there are many ways to make sushi on your own and where to find the different ingredients! It's one of my favorite things to make!

My hubby is really good at making sushi. In fact I think theres a post on the blog from about 4 years ago with our bounty :)
