Almost Thin Mints

There are lots of things I love...but 

Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies....hmmmm

I REALLY love and adore these cookies! 

I saw the recipe for No Bake Thin Mints and had to try it! 

I bought Wilton's Candy Melt (dark cocoa mint) and Ritz Crackers...

melted the candy according to directions, dipped the crackers in,

let them cool on wax paper...

rolled them up on fresh wax paper after candy had set...

taped and wrapped...

ready to give as a yummy gift!
